I scheduled Rob Lynn generators to come check out a problem I was having with mine, Val came out and had a look over the equipment. He seemed very knowledgably and was just generally a nice guy to deal with. He was unable to rectify the problem and mentioned he would have to come back in a couple of days. Days turn to weeks, and I chase them up to see what's happening. When Val did eventually come back it seemed he needed to replace a part which would likely be in later that week. Again, I hear nothing, so I try calling to chase but nobody answers the phone. I even tried texting Val directly since he had given me his number, but they just totally ghosted me. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend!

These guys have the absolute best service I've probably ever seen from a home service provider. I called in last minute before a coming Chicago blizzard to get a set of keys and make sure my generator was working. One of the owners actually came down within 15 minutes and started working on it, educated me on how everything works, tested it with me, and made sure I knew how to clear errors. Absolutely amazing.

I can't say enough about how phenomenal it was to have Mo and his team from Rob-Lynn Power Generators take care of us. From exceptional response time to tremendous service, they were incredibly helpful at a time we really needed them. When it comes to generators, they are the go to experts. If I could give them 10 stars I would, and they'll be taking care of our generator for as long as I am in my house.

Go elsewhere before you even consider Rob-Lynn Power Generators for a whole home generator. Quoted me an unreasonably high price to install generator while his competition is coming in thousands 2-3K less!
