Awesome customer service! Had a problem with our septic system that required immediate attention. Called and spoke to Grant and he delivered on his promise, came out, assessed the issue, rodded out the line, pumped the tank. Problem solved!!!! He was the only company out 10 companies that I called who were able to come out in less than 24 hours from my emergency call. All others couldn't make it for several days up to 2 weeks. Thank you so very much helping us out Grant. He also did not charge extra for coming out in less than 24 hours and did not take advantage of our situation. I highly recommend his company.

Very responsive! My septic backed up over the weekend and they were here early Monday morning! Rodded out both of my sewer lines along with cleaning out the tank. Was also told I had a broken pipe in my field which they are replacing this Wednesday! Staff was friendly and I will recommend this company to others!

Do not use this company! Save yourself time and money and don't work with them. We have spent thousands of dollars having them come out and supposedly fix pit septic system--THREE TIMES!! And it just messed up again. I do not trust the quality of the work or their competence to do the work right. Shame on us for trusting that they would do the job they said they would. Time to find a new plumber!
