Bobbie then came out and said Im the only one here. No one else was there for our appointment. She was very rude and unwilling to help us out in some way. She didnt care about our scheduled appt.or to reschedule for another time.
She appeared to be wearing socks and slippers, looking and acting very unprofessional. Im sorry to say I wont be going back. Ive been going to H&R Block for years but I wont be back.
