I had only had Botox once before and it wasn’t the best experience. I explained to the nurse practitioner, Kelly, my issues with my previous doctor (at another practice) and she made it a point to make me feel comfortable. I absolutely loved what she did. The difference from before is incredible. I 150% recommend her to anyone looking for Botox. I’m so glad I found her! She is the best!

Amazing place! Everything is very clean, organized, and I’ve been very happy with all my treatments! Especially pleased with my Botox and sclerotherapy I did with Kelly - she’s very precise, gentle, and professional. Dr. Josie is also incredible! Overall the whole team really takes care of you and makes you feel like fresh and beautiful every time you visit!

I first went for my initial skin consultation at the beginning of 2020. My skin was incredibly angry with the worst breakouts I have ever had (I'm 33) with new spots showing up every day. Autumn was extremely thorough in my consultation and skin analysis, and was very reassuring that we'd be able to get my skin back on track. She put together a 3-month plan that consisted of hydrafacials, BBL treatments and using their recommended skincare routine. I'm about halfway through my treatments (2 months since my first facial) and couldn't be happier with the results. For the first time in a year my skin is blemish free, my skin tone is more even, and my acne scars are slowly starting to fade. I also made the decision to get botox for the first time. Kelly was very educational and made me feel comfortable explaining how everything would work. Two weeks later, I'm extremely happy with the results. The deep wrinkles on my forehead are quickly starting to fade. The entire experience with FreshSkin has exceeded all of my expectations!

I cannot even put into words how much love I have for this med spa. Dr. Josie is amazing, as are the rest of the staff. I usually see Kelly and she always does such a great job. She cares about making her patients feel good in their own skin. Kelly is very knowledgeable, she is honest, keeps it real, and will never overdo it. I love her!! Thank you for making me feel so beautiful. 10/10 - definitely recommend.

I have been getting Botox for the last 7-8 years and have always loved the results. I just moved to the area and was recommended by a friend to try Dr. Josie.
I recently received Botox from Kelly because Dr. Josie was unavailable. Everything seemed fine, until about a few weeks later. My face is so frozen and fake looking. I can barely smile. Hopefully, it’ll wear off in a few months. Folks, make sure you do your research before walking blindly into a place.
