Dr. Ho is great! However, customer service by the sales people could be 100% better. When I came for a new pair of glasses about a year ago, the sales lady was ready to charge me after picking my glasses. I was confused about how she got that total amount due since we didn't even talk through the options (transition, RI, etc) for my glasses. I asked her what were my options and she had chosen every expensive option for everything. This is not the first time this has happened here before. It's unprofessional of them to choose your preferences for you. Today I went again and we told them we were ready to purchase new glasses. They sat us down and told us someone would be with us shortly. We waited for a long time, so we decided to leave. They could have told us that the wait was going to be long, or that they are understaffed, or something that will explain the long wait times. We kindly asked them what's the other closest lenscrafters and they didnt even apologize for the wait. Professionalism could definitely be improved here and also respecting a customer's right to choose their preferences could be better.
