      image I went to this particular store recently because I have been having lots of problems with my phone reception and performance. I spoke with Daaron ( I believe) and he was not at all helpful. He took my phone number and called and texted me, and of course both worked. Then he said " your phone is working, what do you expect me to do".
      I told him my wife has an identical phone and the same AT&T service and does not experience anything like my problems. I was asking for help, and/or suggestions but he practically ignored me. He said at&t is providing you a signal, that's what they contracted to do.
      I was flabbergasted. After 20 years I am thinking of changing providers.
      April 3rd.
      Despite the online 'apology' from the "store owner", I have had zero contact or follow up from anyone at AT&T. My service continues to be terrible in my home.
