WORST PLACE EVER! DOUCHEBAG 90s SLICKBACK TALL-SO! DIDNT EVEN GET ME A PROMOTION AND TRIED TO UPSELL ME $350 OF LINES YOU WOULDNT TOUCH WITH A 10 FOOT POLE! YOU'VE GOT QUITE A KNACK FOR TURNING A SIMPLE TRANSACTION INTO A ROOTING TOOTIN' SIDESHOW OF UNPLEASANTNESS! MAYBE XFINITY CAN ROUND UP A MORE TACTFUL SALES REP......

Online hours and permanent hours posted on door say the store closes at 7pm. There's a handwritten sign on the door that says they close at 6pm. Two employees were inside just talking at counter while door was locked at 6:05pm.

Not good. Xfinity - for what we pay to have your service, you need to incentivize your workers. They are uninformed and not motivated

I was in the locationat 2840 Patriot Blvd on Saturday Dec 2nd around noon. I return old equipment and tried to explained that the package I purchased over the phone and specifically requested to be the some I used to have in my previous house is not what I have. The person who said his name is Joe and that he is a manager of the store ?!
didn't want to even look into my account and refuse to help me. His attitude and rudness was amazing....I needed to go to different location. In my life I never experienced anything like it. Now, I got a bill to pay for something I never used. The costumer service is an artificial intelligence and there is no option to tak to humans. In the different Xfinity location they telling me to call costumer service....this is a nightmare. Nobody cares.I am ready after 20 plus years with Comcast to cancel everything and move on. First, I need to talk to someone first because I am on auto payments.......there is a yone to help me ?!!!!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T GO TO THIS SHADY STORE, ITS SAFER AND EASIER TO CALL, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY AND MINORITIES
This store pressured and manipulated my elderly father into purchasing an internet plan for $100 dollars a month because they convinced him that after all the discounts, it would come down to $30 like he was originally seeking.
Then they opened up multiple phone lines under his name and made google voice numbers so it wouldn't appear fraudulent. All for commission. They even pretended to be on the phone to talk to corporate to "lock us in" for a better deal. It was a flamboyant black guy with kodak black style hair who said he was the manager, and another individual, an overweight white woman, both were conspicuously ugly.
I spent dozens of hours and weekends trying to repeal the damage they did. Hundreds of dollars of fees, trying to return phones that were never delivered to us, finding new charge after new charge, being promised refunds, only to find that they didn't go through because the store never recieved. the phone that we never ordered.
