      image Walked inn the bank at 1530 trying to open a business account. They said they dont have anyone and I had to book an appointment to with 2 bankers making calls. Poor customer service.

      image Valla is a bank here in Illinois that
      I don't recommend it to anyone. There is no way to enter through an ATM today and I visited three and in none of them could I make a deposit to my account. It's a bank break.

      image Poor customer service from both the banker and the branch manager. The branch manager Alexis Salvadore said that she does not care about the bank rating on Google website. I used to have an investment account with this bank. I will not come back. Dont recommend it!!!
