Dr. Punaty and her staff are the best. I honestly can't say enough how helpful, honest, informative and gental they are. I had neglected going to the dentist for awhile. And going back I had some issues, but Dr. Punaty worked with me, and with my insurance. Spent her time with me thru several appts in order to get me back to where I should be. I'm grateful for her efficiency as well as her staffs. Would definitely recommend.

worst experience ever, I was trying to call her to schedule my appointment, the receptionist is so rude, and she claim that you are not coming for regular maintenance of your teeth, we wont accept you any more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to the office for my daughter, the reason I went with Apple dental was because my nephew was going there for years. I took my daughter abs addressed some concerns to her dentist about some stains on her teeth. Her dentist told me it was normal that kids get stains and just have me a certain toothpaste for it. When I took her back at the month mark, I told her that her teeth weren't getting better, all she said was to keep using the toothpaste. I decided that day that I would not take her back there anymore. Today I take her to another dentist and they tell me that the stains were actually cavities and now my daughter needs all these procedures because they are so bad!!! If they would of done something when I first noticed it she would not be going going through this!! !!
It's like they don't care for the patients concerns.

My family had been going here for years. So I decided to go July 7th. I needed some cavities filled, along with a cracked tooth that when asked could it be filled, was told it was too late and I would need a root canal, even though there was NO pain. Well, this past Friday , after trying to find a dr who would take my insurance for a root canal, the cracked tooth started to hurt during a cavity filling. Instead of checking out or offering me some kind of pain reliever, the Dr. said it was because of the water hitting the tooth that it started hurting. Then she proceeded to shuffle me out.n
This past weekend, I have been in the ER for extreme tooth pain and have been taking every painkiller known to man. I went to another dentist who told me that the cracked tooth should have been filled as soon as I cracked it, leaving it exposed only cause further damage to the point I NOW need a root canal. I cried in this Drs. office for telling me something I knew could have been done before all the pain and medication I am now having to take.
For a place that is BARELY booked and relies HEAVILY on its regulars, the dismissive and know it all attitude is so demeaning and disrespectful words cannot truly express the rage I am feeling. I am hurt, in pain and angry for not only how I was treated when I said I was hurting, but for where my mouth is now when if I went a little closer to home, NONE of this would have happened.
Shame on Apple Dental for its inadequate staff, ( one doctor, 5 nursing students) and for its continued ignorance to the needs of their patients and most importantly, the lacking of compassion. I wont be returning but pray for the remaining patients, wishing your experiences continue to be much better cause I would not wish this pain and suffering on my worse enemy

Hi MichaelYou called today about this and sorry that you had to go through the suffering as like you said you have been coming to us for a long time. When you came last with pain it’s the same tooth we recommended the treatment last year and you did not come for treatment until this year with pain and given a referral. You said you are waiting to get an appointment. The day you came in you asked us to treat other teeth as you are not in pain and towards the end of appointment we noticed and asked you if something bothering and I wasn’t even working on that side and I told assistant to be careful on that side as we do not want to aggravate more as you said it started bothering. I advised to call the referral I have given asap and asked if you need anything that helps as it’s a weekend and you said no and will call if any. And there weren’t any calls from you when we checked this morning. We are here to take care of patients and that’s our priority. And we don’t appreciate someone judging the whole staff and our ethics based on some assumptions and miscommunication. And also it’s important as a patient to get treatment as recommended to get done in a timely manner.We have been here long enough and take pride in what we do and serve patients and their needs with respect and compassion and we have many happy and returning patients who are in need of our services and that’s what keeps us going.
