I learned about this company via Buy With Me.  I had no problem making reservations, and we received great service.  Very nice vehicle and professional driver.  I would recommend them.

I also learned about this company on Buy With Me.  I jumped on the deal since I needed a ride to O'Hare before their expiration date.  I reserved a 5:30 AM pickup from Chicago to O'Hare.  Come February, I double checked our reservation multiple times...always with a "yes we'll be there".  They also said they would be call when they were downstairs.  We decided to wait downstairs for the car since we REALLY needed to leave at 5:30am.  5:35, 5:40, 5:50 came and went and nothing...no call no nothing.  I decided to at least try and call the company again and see what was going on -- and they answered and hesitantly told me the driver was "held up".  No phone call to give us a heads up or anything.Very unprofessional, this is never acceptable behavior for a driving service trying to get their name out there.  They are getting their name out there...in a bad way.  Buy With Me refunded me my money...it's too bad they had to associate themselves with such a company.Oh...and the thing that was most emphasized during every call was "make sure you tip the driver on the full amount -- not the coupon".  Nice.

Stay away from Mahogany.Lured by a Buy With Me deal of the day for a "$32.50 one-way sedan ride to O'Hare Int'l" (ref: buywithme.com/chicago/de…) , I immediately jumped on this deal, and in the process influenced several of my friends to purchase as well.Fast forward 1 month when I try to redeem my deal going to the airport for a vacation. I called the number several times during business hours and always got the voicemail. Fine, so I left a voicemail giving my expected departure plans for the following week. I never received a call back, and never was able to reach a live person.Thank God buywithme.com is legitimate in immediately refunding bad egg deals -- I received a prompt refund and now can only caution you to look elsewhere for more established and trustworthy limo/sedan services.Personally I have used Nightstar Limousine once a month or so for sedan pickups to O'Hare airport. They cost about $60 total (fare, tax, tip), but are definitely the cheapest black car option without sacrificing quality or service.
