Had a great facial last month so booked same day for another this month with the same person. Paid for parking and arrived early, door locked and no one at front desk. I saw a note stuck in the door. I thought it would maybe say be right back or taking lunch. It was actually from a customer that they stood up this morning. Called number and it is disconnected. So unprofessional in so many ways. Thought I found my new place to support closer to home but Id rather give my money to a business that values my time so back downtown I go for spa services.

Do not get a manicure at this spa! The only nail tech they have is not qualified. I have been getting my nails done for nearly 40 years and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The tech was tentative and awkward. She hurt me when cutting my nails and could not file. I felt like I was her first manicure. It also took her more than double the time of a typical salon. I would never return to this spa or recommend it.

Ive gotten multiple massages now from Dallas and he is great. I was a little nervous about getting massages once COVID happened, but I have felt very safe here. The spa is clean and provides robes, showers, and lockers.

I've been to this spa for massages, both under the old management and new management. Both times were wonderful- 5 star! Today I had a platinum hydra facial and I was very disappointed. The facial took about 20 mins, which is not what I was expecting at all! I thought it would be a much longer and more detailed process, especially for the price tag ($280). I called to clarify that I did actually receive the platinum hydra facial, since on the website it says it's a 60 min process. They put me on the phone with the esthetician and she was very quick to get me off the phone (and called me by the incorrect name, which further makes me think I didn't receive the facial I paid for)! She also said that they just say 60 mins for booking purposes. They should clarify that on their website; it's very misleading! Very disappointed and will not be going back!
