      image Con artists! They quote insurance companies and then up charge you. Everything is a hassle with them. You can’t make any changes to a policy without going into a location because they want to be able to charge you 17 bucks to print out three pieces of paper! Everything you ask them for help with they say “sorry, we’re unable to do that.” All they want is the money... no compassion whatsoever!

      image I have been with freeway for 2 years now and I usually make payments in person. I would not give my normal experience 5 stars by any means- the person who is usually there is not all that friendly- but this time Luz was there and let me tell you, she is wonderful.
