Dr. Mendes and the entire team at CCR are top tier customer service aficionados. From day 1, I was greeted with a personalized welcome and given a complete tour of the facility. This orientation helped me immediately feel comfortable with the space as someone new to the world of getting my back cracked it was a vital first step in me being able to fully relax, so the doctors could work their magic. I also love that have have their own X-ray machine to track progress over time. #empirical
This team could double as consultants on service excellence and organizational behavior, Im greeted by everyone, they all can do one anothers job, and often do to help keep everyone on track.
