I am crippled, this place, is one of the few that will accept Medicaid. I have very severe, crippling R.A. These people do nothing. They are terrified of prescribing Prednisone, a life saving drug. They know less than a Google search, and they let me be homeless, in starving agony, because they don't know what Prednisone does.
I had my pay cut to 7 dollars an hour, and I had to work 10 hour
shifts for 75$. When I was too crippled to go on, they denied Treatment.
I was treated like a junkie, and all I needed was Prednisone. They won't even prescribe Naproxen, I begged for it.
Worthless. Scam.
I was a better doctor when I was 30, and I diagnosed my RA. Sero-Positive, crippling R.A.
Back to the Emergency Room every month.
DISGUSTING.

Nina and the staff had no choice but to be creative when they saw the gash on my head. She stapled it beautifully, then Dr. Close comes in, starts talking and next thing you know, staples out.

The clinic is fine enough, but their billing department is unprofessional, sloppy, and behaves in a manner which suggests there is something unseemly going on. Repeated communications via all available methods of contact go unanswered, false information is submitted to medical providers, and resolutions to simple issues take months of back and forth at a time.
No fault of the clinic or their staff but be wary unless you want to end up paying for very expensive services out of pocket.
(Edit: This review was initially posted in the spring of 2023 after a visit in the fall of 2022 was not properly reported to insurance. It is now January 2024 and this clinic is still making fraudulent claims and refusing to issue a refund. They have been paid twice--both by my insurance and by me--because of a mistake on their end, and they are holding both amounts. I'm not a lawyer, but this seemingly constitutes fraud. Don't do business with this clinic on account of the fact you will struggle to get them to (1) properly submit a claim to insurance and (2) refund you your money when they finally do.)
