Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. You immediately feel like family. I saw Helen during my pregnancy with twins and she was amazing! I always left feeling better. She is immensely knowledgeable and treats you with kindness, humor, and heart. I previously saw a different therapist elsewhere and was not seeing results. I immediately felt better when I started working with Helen.

Went here after my third pregnancy and was so glad I did. Felt very cared for and everything was customized to my specific concerns. I felt they were very well versed in the latest science on post partum pain in addition to pelvic floor therapy. The facility is great and all of the staff were very welcoming!

Be Fit completely changed my 3rd pregnancy. In my first two pregnancies I essentially unable to walk. My hip pain was so bad I was unable to take care of my day to day responsibilities without major hip pain. During my previous pregnancies I went to a chiropractor but was there 2 or 3 times a week and the pain always came back. I started going for pelvic floor therapy while pregnant and mentioned my issues with mobility. The PT jumped into action and gave me a workable plan to help my issues. My mobility was never an issue during my 3rd pregnancy 100% because of PT at Be Fit. I was doing Pilates exercises given to me by my PT for 6 months into my pregnancy with ease. I was able to live my day to day life with no pain or discomfort. I recommend Be Fit to anyone who will listen. They changed my life and I am forever grateful for how much more comfortable they made my life for me during my last pregnancy.

I had a great physical therapist, but the business practices are distasteful. Patients are treated like dollar bills, not human beings.

Highly recommend. Staff is wonderful. Sport injuries and normal life injuries they do such a great job. Ive had now knee replacement and knee repair that they worked on getting me back to normal. This is the place you want to rehab at.
