FTD is a scam super rip off they said they were delivered by the time 8 PM and then I emailed and said they weren't here yet. They sent me this email talking about it out for delivery. What a joke don't order from them they should be shut down!

Terrible experience and very unprofessional. I ordered Valentines day flowers to be delivered for my wife 2 weeks and in advance and paid the extra fee for delivery on that day. The day BEFORE Valentines day i received a call from my wife that she had received some flowers. They sent them on the wrong day, embarrassed me, and missed the entire point of the purchase. Upon seeing the flowers they were not fresh, the pedals were falling off, and the Roses did not look healthy. In good faith I called their customer service phone number to try and get compensated to a refund. They refused to give my my money back, not even the holiday extra fee. They told me that they deliver flowers early to make sure they make it on time. I asked them if they deliver flowers to funerals the day before the funeral. They would not take responsibility or remedy the situation. I will never be doing business with them again.

Ordered flowers for a 4/6 memorial service, to be delivered by noon that day. It's 4/8 and the flowers are still in transit. Can't use the webpage complaint form because it requires a delivery date. Hard to do when there is no delivery.

Spent close to $161 for flowers for a funeral and it was complete garbage- barely living- not as pictured and super small arrangement compared to picture! No wonder they are rated two stars on google!

Worst experience ever. Ordered flowers for next day delivery. They confirm that day and the following. Hours later, I received a notification that they couldn't fulfill my order on the scheduled date and gave me an option to cancel. I canceled and ordered flowers through a different florist. New flyers were delivered and then ftd flowers delivered later that day... when I called then to see what was going on they kept telling me that they didn't see it canceled and that I needed to pay. Finally spoke to a manager which said the same things, but they finally agreed to reimburse me after 30 minutes on phone but that they would go pick up the flowers. Tacky. Still waiting for reimbursement. Never again will I order from them.
