AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare is the best. I got a great deal with my Chevy Trailblazer trade-in & a great price on my new 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. Came in the other day for my oil change, as well as fix a minor recall on my vehicle & I was out in 1 hour. AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare has the BEST customer service in any department you deal with. I even had my brother purchase a Hyundai Palisade. Wonderful people & I'm so happy I purchased my vehicle with them!!

I bought a 2021 Acura TlX Aspec, car is amazing. The dealership on the other hand needs more training. I bought the car from out of state NY. I told them i would like them to ship it and they said no problem, they informed me that I would be sent paperwork to sign via Fedex. I Financed with my own bank, mind you i sent them the check with tracking and they lost the check and that was a separate nightmare, and then they said that i had two options to sign paperwork, either drive 150 miles closest Automation Dealership and sign paperwork, or do a signing with a company called Maverick which is a mobile notary they are partnered up with. They never said from the getgo that it would be 3-5 business days for them to call me and i was not aware of anything. Took two weeks to get the car I should of just took a flight and pick the car up if i had know this would of happened. And lastly when the car was delivered it was less than half empty and mind you this is a 2021 no full tank of gas, and they didn't send a temporary registration with it.
