      image Went there to simply pay off a phone and had a bunch of people waiting there apparently for help. I ended up finding 1 more worker that was there whod walked out the back (since the 1 was already helping a customer) and asked if I could pay off a phone just for her to leave me there to help someone else cause she thought her coworker said she had been helped when she hadnt. Im perfectly fine waiting but all I could hear were people laughing and talking in the back. I asked her if there was anyone else who could help and she said everyones with a customer. And there were still like 5 people just sitting/standing around. Ive had great experiences there before but lately the staff just seems impolite and not wanting to help or address their customers. Thankfully there is an online service (I was going in cause its someone elses plan Im on) but it was disrespectful and confusing and I thought T-Mobile was better than that.
