The guy who answers the phone needs to learn how to speak to people!!! My primary doctor recommended this facility to me for me to go to for physical therapy. When I called Bowman Estates, the person who answered the phone said, "Where do you live?" I said, "Danville." The person on the phone said, "No, you cannot come here." I said, "Why not." The person on the phone said, "Go away. Go someplace else." I said, "But you are close in location to me." The person on the phone said, "But you no live." I said, "What?" The person said, "You no live here." I said, "Do I have to live inside your building to get physical therapy?" The person said, "You no live. Go away." I hung up the phone. I looked up this place, and it's an assisted living facility. This person who answered the phone, all they had to say was, "I am so sorry, but we are an assisted living facility with residents who live here. We only offer physical therapy internally, to our residents."

I've had several friends that have resided at Bowman Estates. The facility is awesome, the staff is great and it's been a wonderful experience for those friends who have utilized their services. Keep up the great work and family feeling!! That is what's important. Thank you Bowman Estates!!!!
