The Rick O'Connor Group helped us sell a rental property. The first two attempted sales fell through - one because of buyer financing and one because of a late-occurring sewer line issue that needed repair. We are located out of state, so we needed the Rick O'Connor Group to arrange everything for us. Rick and his team were masterful in helping us make repairs and helping us obtain a higher price to help cover the cost of repairs. They were patient, persistent and comforting through the entire sales process. I highly recommend them.

Rick O'Connor is a general slum lord who preys on poor people and steals their money all while pretending to be a good Christian family man. He is an outright liar, who will note problems in a unit when you move in, never fix them, then have YOU foot the bill on the exit from your rental lease. Your deposit will be stolen right from under you, and you'll be charged astronomical fees for Rick and his wife Vikki's handyman services. Which neither of them is qualified to be fixing anything, let alone refurbishing whole apartment units with cheap materials. This man should not be allowed to manage any buildings, as neither he nor his staff properly maintain or communicate with the tenants. Too many unannounced  "emergency" pop ups our last year renting from them, despite having small children that were scared to have strangers consistently showing up to our unit and harassing us to be let in. Despite listing washer and dryer in building to entice, neither washer nor dryer ever worked simultaneously but I'm sure Rick would claim both were "brand new" which is his favorite phrase to use for his cheap, run down building and units. Avoid this scamming slum lord at all costs or you'll regret ever giving this millionaire con man a penny.
