Im tired of paying this expensive cable bill but l do. You cant even talk to a live representative thats ridiculous. Yall need to change why should l pay for a cable box every month. All these years l then paid for services. Im sure l have paid for the boxes. Every month for boxes is insane. It need to be a lawsuit against yall because yall been robbing people.

I made an appointment for a new service, I read the reviews and most people complained about long wait , so I decided to make an appointment. Even though I ran into hurdles migrating my cell phone from another company to Xfinity, Frank took care of me, and he was very polite and patient which I appreciate.
