I ordered flowers for my mom from here. They were delivered to her house. They looked nothing like what I ordered. But my mom was happy when she saw them. So I didn't even want to call to complain, but I was sooo disappointed. I put off calling them. it was my fault for waiting months to complain, I just wanted an explanation but the guy who answered hung up on me. He said I should have called right away, but shouldn't they have given me what I ordered the first time.

Worst customer service. the guy is rude and hangs up then says he never hung up. Do not do business with him. Has no intention to appeal to consumers demands.

terrible service. They send what they want, not what the customer is asking for. for the excuse of the pandemic they change a service of $ 70 to one of $ 25

The owner literally on the phone the whole time. We told him if he wont help us then well go somewhere else and he took bouquet from us and told us to then leave. Prices are a high plus bad service. I hope this place goes out of business.
