I will never go back to this place again. The front desk girl didn't even know that I had an appointment. I felt like I was squeezed in.. no introduction of "Hi, I'm xzy thanks for coming. I had purchased my package prior too then once arriving not receiving the service I paid for. I only went this one time and I felt like it was a rip-off, poor professionalism, communication and customer service. I just lost the money I paid and it wasn't cheap

The lack of professionalism is terrible. The lack of communication awful. I don’t even want to return here. I asked for a refund and I was denied service, I asked to be rescheduled a year ago and got ignored. Worse customer service she never can keep an rep. The services I received was half done and she had a funky attitude. All I want is my money back and I can’t even get that back. It makes no sense that I keep reaching out and don’t get a respond until I ask for money back, and still can’t get that back. Save your time don’t go here it’s very unprofessional and they lack communication
