After 8 hours of talking with insurance company and the insurer not completing the information I was very pleased when Rocky called and arrived 10 min later and had me on my way in 15 min. 5 star to his business and 1 star to American family's process

Rocky from Municipal Towing and Recovery was so helpful to me and my situation. Would recommend! He was assigned to tow my vehicle (via my insurance company). Once he was dispatched, he called me to communicate his ETA. This allowed me enough time to meet him at my vehicle to provide him the keys. I had multiple things in my car that I had to remove, which I planned on carrying home. He was generous enough to drop me off by my apartment. Rocky was great and made my day easier. Exactly what I needed.

I would of given this company a 5 star however, dispatch provided two different time frames dispatch initailly said 25 minutes- which turned into 1 1/2 hr later no call from the company to let me know the status and no answer when i called. Dispatch failed to communicate with the driver and not providing accurate time.However, their driver Rocky provided great service. He contacted both my husband and I when he delivered our vehicle to its destination. It's give a relief knowing that great service still exists. Thanks for making the start of a bad experience; into a good experience. Recommend if they can revamp there dispatch communication to their drivers. Service: Car towing

I had my car towed and put in the pound. For a while my insurance was giving me the runaround or at least it seemed that way.
Once my insurance contacted Municipal Towing Rocky called me right away and was very professional, he told me he would meet me at the pound and was on point.
Rocky picked up my vehicle and dropped it off where I needed to be at.
Rocky was a pleasure to deal with, I would definitely use Municipal Towing again if I need this service in the future and will also recommend it to any of my family or friends, nice job Rocky and Municipal Towing. Service: Car towing
