I have seen these doctors for a long time and my complain is about their receptionist’s professionalism. I encountered 2 issues so far that made me move on. First, they have never forward my pap smear results to Northwestern where I got my baby. Secondly, I needed a form to be filled out for my employment that states that I am physically able to work in a school setting, so I am not blind or have any other physical (walking) issues. Since I had done all my blood work and tests in February, I thought that this could be a quick appt for me. However, the receptionist refused to set up an appt for me on Saturday saying that Saturdays are only for emergencies. She expected me to take a day off work for this appt. I tried to explain her that I can’t start a job taking days off in the beginning and this should be a quick appt since I don’t have any health issues. It was no way to communicate with Veronica ( the receptionist). She was not flexible at all and she didn’t make any efforts to help me with my appt. She treated me with disrespect. This was not the first time when Veronica showed a lack of professionalism. In another instance she spoke about their patients abusing the system, which I think was not part of her job. I don’t agree with injustice either, but I believe that she should have minded her own business, especially because she is working in customer service.
