In July I hired (Jose) owner of New Tech signs, for a project regarding my business. There were three main components with strict deadlines in preparation for our grand opening and promotional events. The invoice was paid in full that day with good faith. The first project he did not deliver on and I was forced to attend a large event we were sponsoring paying thousands of dollars without signage or proper business information. The second component was yet again not delivered upon, our outdoor signage was not completed or even started by our opening date and 6 months later has not been completed. Third, was interior signage, this component was never even attempted. After countless messages and emails Jose is non responsive and refuses to refund my money. I drastically caution anyone considering hiring this company.
