        Iwould definetly NOT recommend working with a venue who uses this company. We just had a venue fall through for an event that we anticipated over 1,200 people to attend over the holidays. We were advised by Corporate Conciere that we sould look elsewhere for a different venue given potential construction at our current venue. Understand that the construction is out of their control, however, it's the way the situation has been handled (or didn't handle) by their employees that has raised a major red flag. No one seems to be commuincating or know what is actually going on and their employees have displayed ZERO customer service.
