If any of your children are now without a daycare facility to attend i highly recommend JPE Day Care Center on 86th and Cottage Grove. They have an infant and toddler program as well.

I would highly recommend this Daycare, two of my children attend here. The teachers are humbled, respectful and they love children. In this field you have to have a love for children and to teach, to be able to deal with the different temperaments of the children as well as their parents. If you have a young child that you are a little nervous with them attending daycare trust and believe you will be able to rest your heart here at Grand Crossing Kid Care! Be Bless and know that your child/children will be on blessed ground if they attend here! Parent of 2yr old and 8month old.

Honest review here the teachers are great but they only get paid 10.00 to 10.50 an hour. The owner stays in her office the teachers are over worked with over 24 children per class of toddlers. The owner doesn't care about the children or employees.

My 4 yr old granddaughter attends this school and as of the past week and recent week I am disturbed of how this school is operating when you have a male child that is physically attacking female children of his peer and nothing is being done about it but an excuse that the child's mother is a single parent overwhelmed and does not have any help in disciplining her child and that the female children he is physically abusing should be removed to another classroom because it is hard for him to readjust. What about the female child that has been physically abused by this male child of their peer? Is it okay for them to be physically abused and be removed because this male child has problems that have not been addressed or accessed? The teachers my daughter and I have talked to have stated they have repeatedly asked that this male child be removed. We have also spoke with the Program Director who states that there is a process to be taken with this child first; being that he has to be accessed first and then a suspension which has not happened yet and the male child is still allowed in this classroom continuing to abuse the same female child and other female children in front of their parent! How can these female children or the other students in this class continue to access their education if they continue to be physically abused by this male child in the same classroom. I am not heartless I completely understand children and their parent's going through a rough time in there LIFE; who isnt going through a rough time in their Life? But it is not an Excuse or An Answer to let this continue!! I am going to keep researching for an answer to this Problem and also Contact Pastor Hannah for some answers! Because I am definitely not getting any results from the young lady at the front desk with an Attitude or the Program Director. All My Daughter and I are getting, are EXCUSES and my granddaughter is constantly getting physically abused with suggestions for her to be removed to another classroom Which is UNACCEPTABLE! This male child needs help and not excuses! I Appreciate a Response from the Higher Authority of this Establishment; However I am going to find resources that will help me to resolve this matter. Thank You Kindly My daughter and I will continue to be in touch to try and resolve this issue!
