I have a beautiful ceiling in my office that is comprised of the trusses and metal deck under our roof. I contacted BIOFOAM, because our TPO roof contractor explained that he would need to drill through our beautiful ceiling to attach the hardware that holds on a TPO roof every 10 feet. I wasn't happy about ruining the esthetic of the ceiling, so he suggested that we call BIOFOAM. BIOFOAM attaches their roof without piercing the decking. We're thrilled with our BIOFOAM roof. When we had questions during the estimating phase, the owner of the company called me personally to answer my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence in the firm. It was a great choice for our building. We chose this slightly more expensive option and we're so glad we did! The HVAC used to blow all the time, and now our building is so well insulated that we are no longer subjected to constant blowing. Also, we're in a warehouse/commercial area where large trucks pass by all day long. Now that we have a BIOFOAM roof, the soundproofing effect is great. No more rumbling trucks and squeeling breaks. The soundproofing aspect of the BIOFOAM roof is unmatched. It's an added benefit of the product that we never anticipated.
