To begin with the waitresses need lots of training I mean "a lot" .. they have no idea about customer service at all .. they don't even know what's in their own menu what so ever .. we were the only table and had to wait 20 min for her to show up so I could ask for the check . I tried several dishes and they were good except the "encebollado and the ceviche de camaron" because they didn't taste right.. they didn't taste the Ecuadorian way the way it should.. something was terrible wrong in the sauce (whoever is in charge of that recipe has to change it ASAP)
The place has a great decor and atmosphere and the other items we tried were delicious
