I had a very smooth move in experience here and I really like it after living here for a bit. Kona at the front desk was a huge help to me during my move in process. She ensured that some of the boxes I had mailed here got to the bush temple safely, which I greatly appreciate. George, the leasing agent, was good when I toured too! I am very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff here! I had to take off one star due to how thin the blinds are here, it really disrupts my sleep when the sun rises at 6am or the building across from me turns their lights on in the middle of the night. Noise is huge problem here though, since it's on a very busy street in downtown.

One of the best apartment management teams that Ive ever had. Val, Cherakee, and the rest of the staff are super welcoming and helpful to answer any questions you may have when touring and moving in. They will guide you to the correct location regarding where everything (mailbox, moving cart, etc) is. The maintenance staff is also on top of their game. I filed a request for the stovetop burners to be examined, and they fixed it on the next day. The community has high quality gym and rooftop deck with close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Overall, Bush Temple is a great place to live.

Rachel was amazing! She gave us the tour and was so welcoming! The building is also great! The lobby always smells good and everyone here is so nice!

Great Building with all the creature comforts/ rooftop pool/ large gym/amenities floor, a complete package for downtown River North living. Quiet, very cozy and clean. You can choose from either of their 2 properties, The more classic Bush Temple residences or the more modern Bush Temple tower. The choice is yours.
One thing I have to mention is the building manager Val is one of the best in the business, just a very compassionate and understanding youthful person. Hope she continues to be in charge. Her positive energies definitely resonate with other staff members like Rahcel at the leasing office, Cherakee and Ron at the front Desk as well and Tony, the maintenance guy. All top notch people who are very professional, helpful and most efficient.
I hope this honest review helps anyone considering the Bush Temple as their potential home in the city. Its really a unique and organic experience to live here. I highly recommend it.
