      image Ive lived at the Anabell for about 8 years Im not exactly sure. Yes Ive had issues over the years but they have all largely resolved in a timely manner.
      Tim (maintenance ) has always been great. Hes just an overall good guy who gets things done.
      I usually dont pay much attention to the property managers? (Im not sure what theyre called) because they seem to change regularly. The current (whatever) Malik has always been great about any issues Ive had. Theyve always been handled in a polite friendly manner. I see a bright future in this industry for him if he chooses to continue in it.

      image We went in to tour today and the property manager Malik was lovely! Even though we popped in unscheduled he was so gracious and friendly and did a great job showing us the unit and the facilities. Thank you!
