My condominium association has been working with Osher Management for almost 10 years. During that time, they have helped us greatly to bring our finances from near bankruptcy back to a healthy state. They have consistently looked for ways to save us money. They've also helped us to budget for and make many much needed building improvements both large and small. Our property manager has always behaved ethically and been very generous with his time. They provide full-service proper management without overcharging or charging extra fees on top of the flat fee.
