As a former realtor in another market, I truly believe Josh did a phenomenal job in helping me purchase and close my new property. He did a great job of helping to set expectations and explaining the challenges of buying in the Chicago market. Not to mention, he was always very patient and professional, even though we submitted and subsequently were outbid on, more than 10 properties. Even when I was ready to give up, Josh did not! His enthusiasm and continued insight kept me engaged in the process. Joshs network of professionals also allowed me to stay focused on house hunting while they did all the behind-the-scenes work of home inspections, mortgage, and attorney review. I cannot say enough good thing about our experience with Buzzer Real Estate. We worked with Josh and could not have been happier. His response time was great, he showed us many great apartments, he was very patient with our indecisiveness and helped us find the perfect one. My experience with Buzzer Real Estate was excellent. I worked with Meagan and she was so nice. We did an evening showing of a few apartments which was perfect for my schedule. She was very kind and very open about the apartments that she was showing me. It was really comforting to know that someone was truly invested in where I was going to be living because it is a big deal. She gave me the ins and outs of the buildings and was very accommodating. I will totally give Meagan a call next year when I am looking for another apartment. Thanks Buzzer Real Estate!

Okay folks, Lets talk about Buzzer Real Estate for just a minute. *steps up on soap box* These guys provided what I consider to be a priceless service and consult on finding me a property, I came in very close to the wire (1.5 weeks out from my move in date) with exactly what I wanted, timeline I needed it, and all the numbers and location details Josh needed to work. He made it a win for me and I have a tremendous place which I am considering facilitating a rent to own deal (through buzzer of course) in the next 6 months. 4 Reasons they are the best: 1.) The best service and willingness to go the extra mile of any agency i've worked with in Chicago. (which has been many over the last 6 years) 2.) A great network of friends and property owners allowing the ability to find unique property solutions for difficult A** holes like me who demand the world. 3.) FREE TO YOU AND ME. They were always in my corner because you or I winning means they win as well, simple stuff, but incentives getting you or i into a property goes a long way. 4.) they're just really nice F***ing folks. Seriously they work their damnedest to make sure their clients are housed and happy. I love them, USE THEM. *steps down off soap box, sips coffee in new apartment found by Buzzer, smiles gleefully*
