I tried to set up a tour with The Regal four times, once in-person & three times virtually. Each time, no one showed up. I even called TLC management & the appointment they set up for me was also a no-show. They didn't return a single call or email.

The property manager Sonja has made all the difference at The Regal. My work orders have been completed within a day and Sonja's communication with residents is always above and beyond. She really cares about the residents and making sure they love where they live.

The Regal Apartments has been finally turned around! Even though I left shortly after new management started, there was already so much improvement in both the aesthetics and cleanliness of the building, but having a resource available whenever necessary has been a marked improvement since when I moved in. Ms. Sonia even made the move out process as pain free as possible when I left.
