The property in East Albany Park is huge for a very reasonable price.  Four bedroom/3 bathroom at $550/person, and they haven't raised the rent despite the large property tax increase last year.For the things that matter, they are really good.  Fixing issues and responding to anything that is wrong with the apartment is always done swiftly (dryer, water leak, faucet).  Yes, they are hard to get a hold of sometimes, but they never screw you over.  For example, we didn't even sign the lease before we moved in and it was not a huge deal.  Nick came over to our apartment with the lease, we all signed, and he left.  Really easy going.Also, they are dog friendly.

Lived in Windy City Property for 5 years and found Eric and Maciek to always be very quick to deal with any issues. Considered my rent a good deal for the area and the team pleasant to work with. I moved out to move cities but if I come back to Chicago and plan to rent I'd contact them first. Thanks Windy City.

Eric and Maciek are great! I lived in in my apartment managed by them for 2 years. They are quick to respond and always happy to help with anything from changing a light bulb to fixing the bathroom. I'd definitely consider renting from them again!

I've lived in a Windy City owned apartment for six months and I've had no issues. Our building is great and has free laundry, and you can't beat the location. Eric was very accommodating whenever we had questions or had maintenance requests- usually Maciek came over the next day. Erik also never increased our rent above a normal rate, which was important to my roommates who had been living in the apartment for years. Overall a great time!

I lived in a building managed by Eric for two years, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Every time we had a problem, Eric or Maciek (the maintenance lead) were quick to respond and communicate when the issue would be fixed. Most of the time, we would send an email and Maciek would come the next day to fix the problem! Windy City was great to work with and they took care of our needs, I would definitely live in a building managed by Eric again. He was also super flexible and fair with us when it came time to renegotiate and extend our lease. Thanks guys!
