Scammers. They advertise a rental, Maria sends you an application, you complete it/provide your personal information, including social security number, and everything - then they don't respond. Gary claims Maria is out of the office but will get back to you, weeks later, nothing, despite my calls and emails. Complete and utter frauds. I am filing a complaint with the city and state offices of the Inspector General, the BBB, and IL Attorney General. Using deception to obtain identity information - steer clear of this operation. Fraudsters.

Very attentive to repairs and maintenance requests. Had a great time leasing from them. Would definitely have renewed my lease had I not needed to move for school.

My roommate and I toured apartments with Gary a few days ago. First of all, we found his name under 3 different listings with 3 different phone numbers, which meant we had to go through all 3 numbers before calling the correct one. Upon meeting Gary to tour the apartments, he did not even introduce himself. Instead, he opened up the door for us and then stood outside of the building without saying a word the rest of the tour. Additionally, not only was his comportment very off-putting, but he also seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions. After our tour, I went online to read reviews and found that many people shared similar or worse experiences. Needless to say, my roommate and I will not be renting a property from La Salle Associates any time soon.
