Writing this review on behalf of my elderly mom. Stacey was the worst agent we’ve encountered. Seems to only be interested in buyers not renters. Good luck in getting a response about potential properties for rent.

I am highly disappointed with my experience with Coldwell as well as their customer Mike Stewart of Our Mind LLC. When we toured this property ,with a leasing agent I won’t name , the unit was being renovated and we were told new appliances and counters were being installed. We were approved for the unit two weeks before July 1st; mind you we were moving from out of town. The day before move in the leasing agent tells me that they are still cleaning the property and it isn’t ready…red flag 1. We pull up on July 1 and immediately knew this was going to be a problem. Mike Stewart was in the unit with his tools and whatever and seemed like he was putting the final touches on things. We do a walk through and the place is DISGUSTING! We had no counters , no running water in the kitchen, unfinished master bath, broken shower door in main bath, the unit was just dirty in itself, NO NEW APPLIANCES! , those appliances were not cleaned and had layers of dirt on everything, broken outlets , broken bulbs , flies everywhere outside the front door, no closet doors ,broken closet doors… The list continues through today which is August 1. We’ve had to hire our own contractors to do cleaning of this unit and it’s still gross. After a month I am still upset with the landlord and all of his affiliates. How do you let someone move in and take their money but your property isn’t worth anything! And he wants us to pay rent via Zelle… that’s his main concern; not that my dishwasher is filthy and not mounted correctly, not that I can’t use my ceiling fan without all the lights being on, not that he spends 8hrs in my unit each time he comes but the problems aren’t resolved. Coldwell and Our mind LLC are pathetic. Don’t waste your time , energy, or money with either. Coldwell if you’re reading this please contact me since I can NEVER get you all to answer the phone at your location or be responded to by email !
