Honore Properties

I enjoyed an INCREDIBLE renting experience with Honore Properties. I've had many, many landlords over the past ten years and they were easily the best. They bought the Chicago Gold Coast/River North building that I was already living in and seriously saved it from poor management. I am very grateful in particular for Taylor's professionalism, communication, and empathy. I experienced some challenges and she worked with me on behalf of Honore Properties to fix the situation with zero stress. I highly recommend Honore Properties!

I love my studio apartment managed by Honore Properties! Scott and Jackie are helpful, attentive, and kind. Maintenance is efficient and thorough. Ive lived in apartments in Chicago for 8 years and this is by far the best management company experience I have ever had!

My girlfriend and I just moved into an amazing 2 bedroom apartment managed by Honore Properties and we could not be happier with the experience. Scott was very accommodating. He had answers to all our questions and was very accessible throughout the application process. The maintenance team even came in on Thanksgiving before our move-in date to fix our kitchen sink draining slowly and made sure we were 100% satisfied when we walked in the door. Additionally, the apartment itself was incredibly rehabbed. Everything is clean and brand new despite the age of the building, a far cry from some of the older rehabbed apartments we visited previously. If you're looking to move, look for a place managed by Honore.
