Terrible, rude, & unprofessional service. Michael left for vacation without telling anyone to refund first month's rent that I paid up front. He expected to hold the money for 6 days until he came back for vacation. He gave me no notice whatsoever that he was leaving for vacation. Brian will discriminate against you & acts extremely conceited. I am a highly qualified candidate & have already been living in the building in a different unit for 5+ yrs and they still made excuses to not approve me for a new unit. STAY AWAY! Do not work with these people, they will do everything to steal your money with application fees. Use a private landlord or just live in a different building.

Total disregard for people and their schedules. Made an inquiry to view an apartment and confirmed a date and time. This was all done via email. I arrive and I get a confused look from the leasing agent as to why I am in the office. The gist is they rent out apartments and then don't tell people it is no longer available

Michael and Brian are a pleasure to deal with if you are looking to rent in Marina Towers. I lived there for 3 years. Amazing location!

I viewed and subsequently rented an apartment at Marina City Towers through Alto. I had loads of questions, made multiple visits to multiple units, and was honestly probably one of the most annoying clients theyve had. Like I would have been annoyed with me. But they were all incredibly patient and nice. I now have my absolute dream apartment. I see their staff frequently and they are always friendly and quick to help.
