Worst Realtor on the planet. A relative used Dana Sura as her realtor. The woman has no sense of urgency. Her communication is lacking and is condescending after the contract is signed. She immediately wanted to drop the price so she could dump the place and make her money. Her small company it appears is not supported by other realtors because the number of broker showing was very low. (or she has a bad reputation) Property had to be dumped to get it sold because her lack of professionalism. Do not trust this lady or her firm

The lady that is working here doesn't know how to work. She's never in the office, never pick up phone calls. Not recommend this place. Bad service.

I BOUGHT A FOURPLAX IN ZION IN NO TIME AND LESS HEADACHES .THE TRANSACTION WENT SO SMOOTH. IF YOU ARE IN A NEED OF A REALTOR GO WITH ONIX AND ASK FOR DANA SURCEL ONLY . THANK YOU DANA

They have the most knowledgeable and hard-working real estate agent in Chicago area! Great experience they know very well the neighborhoods. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!!!
