1. You need to give applicants who are qualified for positions at your properties more available interviews. Try to give more qualified people more of an opportunity. 2. There is one of your popular properties(In Particular) in Michigan where the staff of certain positions have been there too long. Give other people who are interested more of a chance. Still waiting for any possibility of who or whatever handles this property to talk to someone regarding opening up more positions.

I applied for 23rd and Southbridge affordable housing back in Dec 2021. Got a call in Feb 2022 saying my pre-application was pushed thru and to complete the official application + pay the $50+ fee. I never heard anything back, so back in April 2022 I called The Habitat Company left an VM and explained whats going on. They then forwarded my VM to the then property manger at 23rd. The property manager told me they were waiting for a certificate of occupancy from the city and that theyll be calling people back. It is now FEB 2023 and I keep getting same recycled email from the company stating No application fees are required until we contact you to move forward with the background screening and further steps. IVE ALREADY PAID. At this point I would like my money back. This would process has been very unprofessional. Update 2/15/23 My last name is McNeal. Ive called the number below numerous times and it goes to VM for both leasing and the manager Sydney. Both mailboxes are full, its been impossible to get in touch with anymore at 23rd. Gonna contact HUD.
