        What Else can One say about Smiles before, during and after Business is Competently Finished? I Like the Layout of the Facility" Trendy Chic*, especially the Huge Plackard of a TV in your Conference Room and the Giant poster of the New York "Flat Iron Bldg." Thanks Matt & Staff.

        I am a real estate investor and TriView/ Westward 360 is by far the worst management company with whom I have ever worked. On April 30, the whole building sold where I owned an investment condo, it is now September 26th and Tri-View/ Westward 360s slow accounting practices have still not released the reserves from the association!

        Have had a really bad experience with this organization. Generally unresponsive and not interested in acting with urgency. Most jobs have to be redone multiple times when called and deadlines typically missed. Mismanagement is rampant - don’t use them
