Gregory E. Blaskovits is a waste of time. 3 separate occasions he was a no show at the property. He does not pick up his phone and then proceeds to blame us. He said we never confirmed the appointments. Well, I printed out the emails to show him, the 3rd time when we showed up to the property, that we indeed confirmed. How can you be condescending and falsely blame the people that want to give you thousands of dollars? He again would not pick up so, I used a different number to call the number listed on their website and who answers... Greg. I asked him where he was and he said I never confirmed... please it's in my hands. I read him the confirmations, the date, and time. And he asks me, what do you suggest we do? What? You're the agent, you figure it out or show up to your appointments. He said he would call me back and hung up on me before I can speak again... that's never going to happen. My biggest regret is actually still trying to work it out until the end and never letting off steam, that would have been nice. Never using their service again, suggesting everyone I know not to use their service. Use Apartment People, use BJB. Not this bum.

Greg is terrible! I called him a day before to confirm our appointment. He had an attitude with me over the phone then hung up on me. I drove all the way from Missouri to look at this apartment. He hasn't showed up and has been ignoring my phone calls. What kind of customer service is this?! Horrible experience. Don't even waste your time with this guy or his company.
