Worst landlords to exist and very unprofessional and sketchy people 6 months waiting for repairs to be done No result yet and you can complain and they arent taking anything seriously and why are they still in buisness and they dont even keep their apartments updated or up to code, right now we have floors where water is seeping thru,leaking toilet and a window where is almost popping out and cold air coming from outside, electric bill over 248 dollars where before signing lease he said heat included, but lied to are faces, broken dishwasher the list goes on and cockroaches, mold and now we are having health problems and they think this is joke and as well coming up with lies that we attacked the landlord when he kicked the door down and started to call us names so professional and respectful people, but maybe they use to do buisness like this in there own country but here there are rules and limitations to follow in a civil matter and not in a crazy way. Hope all are complaints with the health department and Lisa Madigan get somewhere, because we arent the only ones that have complained I have read reviews elsewhere and same scenario so we would call these landlords SLUM Landlords.

Their apartments are the best I've seen in the area-updated kitchen cabinets and appliances, hardwood floors, and apartment seems a bit larger than most.

they also have a building on franklin and that sucks too.
