We had the pleasure of working with Julie Chesne. We are from out of state and contacted Julie to help us find a condo for our daughter who had just graduated from college and wanted to stay in Chicago. We liked that Julie has much experience in real estate as well as property management. Julie is absolutely the best! She listens to one's needs and wants, responds quickly, is honest, and will always have your best interest in mind. She is like a fairy godmother. We faced a few obstacles along the way with the seller and she helped us through them. When we finally closed, she was there to help us with the details of moving our daughter in. You will have to hire her as your real estate agent and discover how amazing she is!
