Where do we begin? Where to start? What to ask or how to ask the right questions when it comes to buying a home. All these questions have crossed our minds. There's so much involved in this process, from inspection, to the lender, and so on. Charese makes you feel like you have a friend on your side through the entire process. Her years of experience and attention to detail helps with asking the right questions and finding solutions to the problems that you didn't see beforehand. When it comes to communication amongst all parties, we never felt like we had to repeat or dig through emails to stay on top of things. Charese outlines and double checks all material to make sure she had our best interest in mind. We checked the house out with Charese, did the inspection and closing with her. She was there for every step which I cannot begin to tell you how important that is especially when it's your first time buying a home. You have so many questions and concerns running through you, but everything felt natural with Charese like it was our 10th house we were purchasing. Not only did she recommend an amazing inspector but she was also there for the inspection, and caught several issues to speed up the process, that's what experience will provide when someone does this for a living. There are so many steps in this process, from the earnest checks, deadlines, where to send, who to send to, and the list goes on. We got the answer promptly from Charese which eased our minds and allowed us to continue our lives because this can really slow you down. When it came to closing, guess who was there? You guessed right, Charese. She made sure nothing gets signed without her and attorney present. She really cared what our priorities and interests were and it showed from day one to close and even afterwards when she checked up on us to make sure we settled in. Charese is the only person I would recommend in the world of internet home buying/selling. This is not a process you can just add to cart and proceed. You need a personal touch.
