Please avoid this group at all costs. Was in communication w/ Galina or Yelena throughout my appt search. Broker completely no showed on a scheduled showing. Wouldn't accept my phone call trying to get a hold of here. "Sorry I didn't put you on my schedule". Proceed to try and reschedule and get completely ignored. Extremely unprofessional.

Please do not work with this group. I have been talking with Jake Bess for over a week trying to view an apartment but he is very unprofessional and of no help. The first red flag is that he illegally asked for my exact credit score of a woman of color BEFORE he even thought about showing me the apartment. Which I will not provide until we go through the correct process. Also, he responds to my texts days apart. He clearly has no interest in doing this job.I will be reporting this situation
