I have known Dean Moss for over 30 years. I watched him start his real estate career and expand his successful real estate team. I have been very impressed with all that Dean and his team have accomplished. So, when it was time for me to sell my condo I knew that Dean and Dean’s Team were the only choice for me. I was immediately impressed with how quickly my condo (Sandburg Village) was listed on the MLS service and how he immediately brought in multiple daily and weekly showings. I was elated to see that my condo was sold and the sale was closed in only 2.5 months, at the highest selling price ever obtained for a unit like mine, in my building, which was well over the asking price I can’t say enough about Dean. He was extremely professional and handled all the details for me. All the showings went off smoothly and he was able to handle my difficult condo board and office staff. He also worked well with my buyer and my lawyer and ensured that we had completed all the necessary legal documents and followed all required legal rules and procedures.
