I fully cleaned the apartment and carpet. I even hired someone to come and clean the place carpet. I have full receipts. That apartment at 1229 willow ave was left in BETTER shape than I moved in. Therefore I am highly upset with my experience renting from GC realty and move out process. This was the worst experience I ever experienced in renting given I am a homeowner. I will no longer refer anyone to you guys. Please refund me the $575 that was taken out. I received check for $575 after submitting receipts to company and speaking to property manager.

Do not rent from this company they are rude don't take care of their building and they always goes up on the rent every year talking about up keep however, the only how the building get clean if we clean.

Poor communication and false advertisement. First of all, I toured the property and submitted an application the very next day which was a Friday. I didn’t hear anything back until Monday. The person via text told me that my application was approved. However, shortly after that the person who showed me the property stated that the apartment was off the market. Whew! Next, I received my lease. However, the rent price was wrong. Online it stated that it would be $1605, while the lease stated $1750. Hmmm so I asked about it and it was updated. No big deal. Then, it came time for me to pay all the fees. I paid all the fees but it felt like this company was leaving information out. I was told to send my info by email but I received the wrong email. Then I was assigned to a completely diff person here in Chicago. The ad also stated that there was 1 parking space. Now all of a sudden there’s no parking space and because it wasn’t in my lease I may not get it. Well, that’s bs. The ad said that it was a parking space and I should receive it. Why scam and try to get over in honest working people. I can’t understand why anyone would put their trust in a property management company that lies like this. Give me my parking space. Oh! And just like the other reviews stated, there were things left on my back deck that are not mine. Fix this! I haven’t even moved in to this property yet and already I’m having second thoughts. Do NOT rent from this company. They post lies in their ads. LIARS, LIARS, LIARS, LIARS!
